Zina

Zina was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. She picked up her first piano lesson when she was at the age of five. After her big OE at Jordan, attending the Jordanian National Music Conservatory piano teacher’s qualification, she started teaching children piano and helping them to sit ABRSM exams on a yearly basis.
Zina is a young and passionate piano teacher with 14 years of piano teaching. With the last 8 years of enabling and helping children in achieving ABRSM grading. Most recently she has been working with students of all ages with different musical backgrounds and learning abilities. She has taught a range of students from the elementary level to the high school level. She has experience teaching ABRSM grades 1- 8, helping students in these grades with both performance and theory. Zina has a specialization in assisting children with learning disabilities such as ADHD, autism. Piano has always been her strength and she enjoys watching students understand the concepts from her demonstrate and interpret music and apply it in context. She has worked with children her entire life, her bubbly personality and her quick/comfortable rapport with her students allows them to feel comfortable to ask for help and understand the content. Zina has always loved working with children and looks forward to all of their moments of realizing.
